At Shiv Vesh Bhusha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality kids' fancy dress costumes and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone.

• To cancel an order, please reach out to us at:

• After 2 hours, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

Note: We do not guarantee cancellation once an order is confirmed and passed into the shipping stage.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver every costume in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if there is an issue, we offer a simple and fair refund process.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product

• The product is defective

• You received an incorrect item or size

If your order meets any of the above conditions, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Costumes that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Costumes that have been altered or customized as per customer request.

• Items returned without proper packaging or used for events.

Refund Timeline

• Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• If you haven’t received the refund after the stated time, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item.

• In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side.
