1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas covered by our courier partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tier 1 cities usually receive delivery within 3–4 days.

  • Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier availability.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply as displayed during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fees may apply depending on your location.

  • We may offer free shipping on special promotions or minimum order value (subject to change).


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track the status of your shipment anytime using the provided link.


6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery across India.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may be verified by a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

  • Refusing COD parcels without reason may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.


8. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High volume during festivals or sales

  • Weather conditions or transport disruptions

  • Remote location constraints

We appreciate your patience during such rare cases.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • Unboxing video proof is required to process any claims for damaged products.
